Spray coating process

Pre treatment process: degreasing and cleaning of aluminum materials with one water wash, one alkali wash (degreasing), one water wash, one acid wash, one water wash, one passivation, one water wash, one pure water wash

To ensure the quality of the product. All incoming materials must undergo incoming inspection before spraying. Eliminate the defects of the substrate, then polish a row, degreasing, alkali etching, polishing, passivating, drying, and inspect the semi-finished product repeatedly before entering the spraying process. Effectively control the adhesion of the product.

Degreasing, alkali etching, light removal (acid washing), passivation, drying, coating, curing, inspection (packaging)

One coat: Spray facial paint

Second coat: spray flat paint+complexion paint

Three coats: spray primer+face paint+clear coat (protective paint)

Four coatings: spray primer+isolation paint+complexion paint+clear coat (protective paint)
