Aluminum veneer technology standard
The aluminum plate is made of high-quality domestic genuine aluminum material, with material states of 1100-H24 and 3003-H24, in compliance with the requirements of GB/T 3880 "General Industrial Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Plate and Strip".

The edges of the board should be cut neatly, without burrs, cracked edges, or delamination; The cut surface of the carved board should be smooth and even, with a flat surface.
The board shall not have defects such as cracks, corrosion, pine tree like patterns, bubbles, and open welds, and shall not have straightening marks or ripples on the decorative surface of the aluminum plate.

Welding requirements
Aluminum welding wire with the same material as the product should be used for argon arc welding, with a requirement for full penetration. The welding joint should be firm and free of defects such as cracks and pores; The polishing requirements are flat, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing, and the 3m mark after surface treatment cannot be considered as the standard;
Surface treatment
The surface of outdoor aluminum veneer should be coated with fluorocarbon coating with excellent weather resistance. When using polyvinylidene fluoride fluorocarbon resin (PVDF), the mass ratio of PVDF resin to resin raw materials should not be less than 70%;
Chromium treatment should meet the requirements of GB/T8013.3 "Anodizing and Organic Polymer Coatings on Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys";
Fluorocarbon spraying
Fluorocarbon coatings should comply with the requirements of GB/T 23443 "Aluminum Veneers for Building Decoration" and YS/T 429.2 "Aluminum Curtain Wall Panels";
Fluorocarbon paint brand requirements: For routine projects, domestic high-quality Jin Goryeo brand or equivalent domestic high-quality brand should be used, while for high-end projects, imported paint brand PPG brand or equivalent imported high-quality brand should be used Kynar@500 Fluorocarbon resin content not less than 70%;
The thickness requirement for fluorocarbon spray coating on the surface of aluminum veneer: the average thickness of the secondary coated aluminum plate coating should not be less than 30 μ m, and the minimum local film thickness should not be less than 25 μ m; The average thickness of the three coated aluminum plate coating shall not be less than 40 μ m, and the minimum local film thickness shall not be less than 34 μ m;
Powder coating
Powder coating should comply with the requirements of GB/T 23443 "Aluminum Veneers for Building Decoration" and YS/T 429.2 "Aluminum Curtain Wall Panels";
The powder is not limited to any brand, but the quality requirement is that the outdoor shelf life should not be less than 10 years, and it should comply with relevant national standards and environmental protection requirements.
Aluminum veneer surface powder coating is formed in one go, with thickness requirements: the minimum local film thickness of fluorocarbon powder coating is not less than 30 μ m, and the minimum local film thickness of polyester powder coating is not less than 40 μ m.
Appearance
The coating should have smooth and uniform hand sensing, and should not have exposed substrates, large areas of flow marks, wrinkles, bubbles, peeling, obvious indentations, imprints, bumps, and other defects that affect its use; And meet the appearance quality requirements of liquid spray coating without cracks, inclusions or other surface defects, and powder spray coating without bubbles, cracks, and sticking.
Observing at a 90 degree angle from a distance of 3 meters from the data, there are no visible defects;
For particles with a diameter greater than 1mm, the distance between two particles should be at least 300mm and no more than 3 places are allowed within a range of 1m ²;
The color difference value of monochrome paint is Δ E ≤ 1.5, and the color difference value of the same batch (delivery batch) is ≤ 1.5.
Adhesion
According to the provisions of GB/T 9286, the grid spacing is 10mm. Cover the coating with a transparent tape with high adhesive force on the grid, press it tightly to remove the air under the adhesive tape, and then quickly pull up the adhesive tape at an angle perpendicular to the surface of the coating. If there is no detachment after tearing off the tape, it is considered qualified;
Strengthening muscles
Conventional reinforcing bars shall be made according to the design requirements of Party A, using 2.5mm thick aluminum plate self folding groove or molded aluminum profile reinforcing bars, with dimensions of 38 * 20 * 2.5mm and spacing of 600mm. M6 nails are made in 300mm medium to medium sizes, and high-quality domestic aluminum nails must be used. The aluminum welding nails must be firmly welded and the quantity is correct. Stainless steel fasteners are all made of 316 material;
The spacing between reinforcing bars shall be arranged at 600mm, and for boards wider than 1600mm, it shall be determined separately. When the board width is less than 600mm, no reinforcing bars shall be arranged.
